/ The Problem
A strong offer that AI could not place
Origins AI sells to CTOs and product leaders who research vendors by asking questions: who builds agentic automation, how to deploy a private ChatGPT-style assistant, which partner can ship AI workflows fast. Those buyers rarely saw Origins AI on Google, and AI assistants rarely named it.
Part of the problem was the name. Several unrelated companies share the “Origins” name space, and on at least one buyer prompt ChatGPT went looking for a domain Origins AI does not own. An engine that cannot tell which company you are cannot recommend you.
Before an AI engine can recommend a company, it has to be sure which company it is talking about.
